When we first moved into our house, the lady who was setting up our local phone and internet apparently didn't know what she was doing. Over the past 4 years I've easily spent 12-14 hours a year on the phone with verizon over spotty internet and phone issues. Their techs don't listen to me when I tell them I can see what the problem is (like the cable to our house flapping in the wind. I finally duct taped it down). They've been rude and inconsiderate. They say my account is "not set up correctly" like it is my fault. I can not WAIT until ANY other phone or internet service comes to the area and I can give them my service. read full review »
