I am so frustrated right now I can hardly type. Everytime I call customer service and I mean everytime the wait is horrendous. My last wonderous experience was with tech located somewhere in the southern hemisphere. I could not understand him and he was very curt with me. He ended up selling me two virus protectors, charged my bank account with both. As soon as I realized what he did, I advised him. He stated he would credit my bank account right then. Not true.
