I called and canseld my order got confirmation number EF0011310. I was told togo on line to get RMA number to return product. I went on line and requested the RMA number they said that I would get the number via e-mail. I never resived the e-mail I called back and was told that it was too late for me to returned the product and they have alredy charged my account for $64.90. They kept repeting over and over that not authorize the return. I am left whith a product that I did not want and had to pay for it. I am angry aand frustrated because... read full review »
