When you switch to a plan, or add up VAS like GPRS etc to your mobile plan, how do you get to know about the plan ? Customer Service (121) right ? They tell you the plan details and you switch or upgrade to the plan... I did the same. But when I switched from Blackberry 299 to 499 plan I was told 500 MB of data usage is free. (Which seems fine specially if they are offering unlimited data plan for 899).
