I spent months saving up for the new sprint Moment phone. I had finally reached my goal. I called Sprint's and got a sales rep. Order my the phone. 2 days later it showed up. I was so excited. I got online and started to activate it. I was asked to upgrade my plan. So i called sprint, this is when I was informed that in order to use this $200 phone I had to upgrade my plan which in the long run would end up costing me $90 extra on my bill every month. The only options I was given was to send the phone back and they would credit it back or they would up grade my plan with a $10 discount every month. read full review »
