I order a clock from them, they charge my credit card immediately but did not ship the item for several months. When the item finally arrived it was broken/defective. Kleargear refused my request to return the item since it was paid for several months ago (although they did not ship it). The suggested that I "send it back to China if I wanted it fixed" and they would charge me another $50 if I continued to complain. read full review »
