Had a checking account for years there, then the customer service aspect got so lousy it was unreal. If your lucky enough to find someone that actually understood english and could talk english you were lucky. Don't ever call them, best to just go to a branch to take care of your problem. Went to close the account and that was like having a tooth pulled. When I was finally able to close it I found out days later they had tacked on fees that was unwarrented. Finally got it straightened out. Took my business to Chase Bank and have never been happier. Avoid doing business with them at all cost. read full review »
