Made the wrong kind of die for my machine, won't refund it or make another. Though I described my machine exactly and they assured me this die would work, they then offered nothing but that they would cut the parts on their machine using the die, and charge me for each one, plus shipping! The manager, Lon WIlkerson, Jr. wouldn't even respond. The dealer, Kevin Harfst, was "offended" that I wanted my money back, and nearly kept the die I returned. These people don't know what they're doing, and will try to scam you. Stay Away. read full review »
