upgrading my home i have been purchasing new large appliances. trying to select appliances with energy efficiency i have shopped around. i was ready to purchase the washer and dryer and began my search. i went to 5 other stores but found the color and price that i was comfortable with. my first visit was a few nights before my purchase and i was satisfied with customer also. when i went back the second time to purchase it was horrific. everything went down hill from there.
