I made a horrible mistake when provided Pulse Telecom with my personal and credit card information. Pulse Telecom has been harassing me for over one year with solicitation calls. Finally I gave up and signed for their service - wasn’t a smart move. During about 3 weeks period they charged my credit card $140 while I used less than $15 for actual long distance.
