My phone de-activated while i still had minutes on it so i went to the website to add more...the website asked for me to enter the telephone number of the phone, which to my surprise was already awarded to someone else though my phone still says it is the current number...to make a long story short after spending 2 hours (not exaggerating) on the phone with customer support they basically told me there was no way i would be awarded the minutes to my phone nor would they refund my credit card...in the past few years i have purchased over a... read full review »
