There are too many old people getting these letters thinking that they have won some money, this has gone on forever. I am thankful that I have a computer and that I look these companies up prior to doing anything. This company IRC MAIN OFFICE makes there letter very legal like, I would really like to make sure that they are stopped. Your to make a check to I.R.C.
