I ordered a book online from discount books & found out when I checked my credit card status that I was hit for 2 $19.95 monthly charges from Hotmovies.com When I contacted them [by email because they have a bogus phone number] they told me it was for a membership for best brand values. I did not authorize for this & need it taken off my credit card. I'm disabled and on a fixed income & can't afford to have money taken out for something I never signed up for.
