i tried at least three times to download itunes to my computer and for what ever reason considering my computer is brand new, could even be operator eror, but still i could not get it to work. even after fallowing there instructions step by step three times. i informed the company that i would sadly need to request a refund and i have heard absolutely not a word from no one even to acknowledge the fact that i had requested a refund. talk about feeling ignored. i would like to hear something from someone, thank you read full review »
