We purchased a Sears canister vacuum based on ratings in Consumer Reports. We have always had issues removing the hose from the canister body. We even went into Sears to complain and the sales associate went to demonstrate how to remove it and he couldn't get it out without a struggel. After two years the plastic on the hose broke and Sears wants nothing to do with the problem. read full review »
