Ordered a replacement laptop battery and paid extra for second day delivery. The product was delivered on the 5th day and was totally defective. I have sent 4 email messages and called three times without any response of any kind over a 3 week period. There are many other complaints about this company that depict nothing but poor business practices. I highly recommend that nobody should purchase from this type of "shady" business.
