They advertise their in house lab for making dentures. They don't tell you but they send them out to 'Corporate' to be made. Who knows where Corporate is. I suspect it is some sweat shop, possibly in some other country, full of dental technician trainees. The quality is horrendous. It took me three months to get to the point where I could live with the product to the point that I could then take elsewhere to finish.
