I order a movie that was suppose to ship out on 1-4-10 and almost 2 wks later it hadn't. I told them to cancel my order, but they didn't and they shipped it a few days later. The post office said they tried to deliver it but it was addressed wrong, that was 1-21-10. On 2-2-10 the post office shipped it back to hotmoviesales.com but I haven't gotten my money back or my money almost 2 months later. Don't ever use this web site!!! read full review »
