My grandson who is 17, asked to use my credit card number to register with Car Sponsors. He was told on line that it was free to register. They just needed the card to list him in the program. My card was charged $99.00. He has not heard from the program since. He was told he would be found a sponsor who would fix up his car to sponsor. This is a major rip-off.
