My credit cards were ran by for over 30k. Citi bank notified us and removed all charges and so did capital one who removed all but one charge for $1400 and simply they want us to pay for it. Its all in black and white, I have all documentations etc and I have proved it to them but they said we don't care, they want my company to pay for it. Its total non sense, they filed on my credit report and got me frost raided and I have no choice but to file a law suit against them. any one has any idea how I can take a harsh action against their malicious behavior ? read full review »
