I ordered the items, returned them per instructions and have been wating since October09 for a refund. I have called 9 times, various wait times and get told a slightly different story each time. Have 'transaction numbers' for the refunds but still has not 'posted' to my account. Been over 30days - and 'Heather' just told me to be patient... how much patience is needed when I have been working this since 17Oct09? read full review »
