I ordered the "free trial" of LiftSP which I knew I would be paying $4.95 shipping and handling. They billed me for shipping and handling and on the same day a $29.95 charge. I did not authorize this charge nor was there anything in writing on the website, when ordering, saying there was going to be an additional charge. I cancelled my subscription with them on the 14th day (per their instructions under the terms), got a confirmation number and was told there would be no more charges.
