on january 27th of year 2010, my husband ordered his birth certificate through vitalchek.what a joke!we waited for the 7 to 12 business days and then checked our order.we was then informed that our order had been cancelled.i contacted the vital record office themselves and found out that it wasn't.i e-mailed vitalchek several times with no response and tried to call at least a dozen times with never a answer.we will not do business with vitalchek again read full review »
