Received product and was charged before trial time had expired. Phoned Acai Berry & the refund process was to begun. Faxed copy per instructions of supv. Sherry the receipt from the Post Office showing that I returned product. I was told refund would be processed within 5-10 days. This all started in November 2009. I have phoned many times but have kept documentation of all names & stories I have been told. Also my State Attorney office has been contacted about this Company which they must comply a return letter due to consumer protection laws.
