Just like the others on this site I am a victim of this company's bait and switch program. I called the company, the representative asked me a number of questions that he would later be able to rebut if I declined his upsales later on in the call. After answering the questions (do you smoke, how many packs, have you ever tried to quit, etc.) then he says I'm eligible for the program and needs my credit card info to cover shipping for my free product.
