I had canceled my my "membership" to this place and still had a payment taken out of my account and in their computer system i had not canceled this "membership" and I feel that your staff should keep track of your information. I shouldn't have to suffer because of some stupid employees screw up. now my bank account is in the negative because someone didn't do what they are payed for. read full review »
