I purchased a Sony Bluetooth presentation remote to work with my Sony Vaio computer. I spent $100, but after upgrading to the latest Windows operating system, there is a driver incompatibility, rendering my new remote worthless. Sony's response is essentially, 'Thank you for wasting your $100 with us.' End of story. There is no fix, it's too bad that $100 you spent being a loyal customer doesn't work, but we don't care if you go with a Mac next time. read full review »
