I ordered a watch from this company back in 2009 which stopped working within the 1 yr warranty period. I was instructed by the customer service department to send the watch back to China where it would be repaired and returned to me quickly. The watch was sent back on November 1, 2009 and today is February 22, 2010 and I still do not have a replacement watch.
