on a recent trip to detroits mgm grand casino, we "treated" 3 guests to a specialty coffee. with 1 bag off coffee beans, which was marked up $2 with a magic marker, our bill came to over $40. we had the most unpleasant customer service by a woman who clearly didnt want to grind the beans. it took over 40 minutes to receive our incorrectly made drinks, and have the beans ground. i emailed starbucks with my complaint. i was assurred that i would receive coupons to replace my purchases. today, i did receive 2 lousy coupons. i will... read full review »
