I placed an order on 2/03/2010, my checking account was charged on 2/05/2010 in the amount of $3.87 for shipping and handling plus a separate International charge of $.12. I placed a call to 1-877-683-3080 on 2/19/2010 asking about my trial offer product I had not received as of yet (and still haven't). They started talking about a monthly agreement order that I was unaware of and I told them to cancel it at that time.
