Ordered our laminate flooring 2/4/10.Our salseman Dave called the office toverify it was in stock. Fine, we agreed on an install date of 2/6/10. and gave our deposit on the floor. We got a call on 2/5/10 from both STEVE and RENA in costomer service. saying that due to the snowstorm in the WASH DC area that the flooring was delayed for a few days...ok, understandable. we were offered either friday or saturday 2/12/10 or 2/13/10. we initally said saturday but switched to friday within 15 minutes. ok'ed by STEVE. friday morning we waited for... read full review »
