East Commerce Solutions has give us terrible service. They changed terms once they were agreed to by raising the rates which we had in writing, adding fees we were not told of in advance and not returning calls about any of these issues. This company told us that we did not need to fill out multiple PCI forms and then proceeded to fee us for not filling out these same forms.
