REturned product - certified receipt that they received return. They claim they issued a refund to my debit card. My bank has confirmed they never received it. They refuse to trace their refund and tell me if the bank can't find it - I;m out of luck. They claim they have no way to trace a refund that they issued????? I'm an accountaint. I know better.
