Placed an order online. Wrong items received (January 20, 2010). Called immediately and I was told that there was a computer problem and the order number of the item I wanted was linking to another item, the one I was sent. I was told to reurn the item (this was done the next day - January 23, 2010) and my VISA would be credited immediately--I was told tthe credit would be processed immediately because the error was Sephora's, not mine.
