Wish I had read reviews sooner on Dealer Cost Car Audio dealercostcaraudio.com... After waiting 3 weeks for shipment, we cancelled our order and were told to expect a refund soon. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, as Robert Jones strung us along through countless emails. Now nearly 4 months later, they STILL have not voluntarily refunded the money due.
