I place an order on 1/26 for a 5 piece table and chairs with a Cymax.. They charged my CC the day after I placed the order. Two weeks later I had no shipping information even though the web site said expect shipping information in 3-5 days. I contacted them and they told me it was back ordered and would not ship until late February, so I asked that I receive a credit on my card until it shipped. They refused. read full review »
