I purchased a sears craftsman snow-blower Nov14/09, on Feb 22/10 I used it for the first time. It ran for 30 mins and now it won't move. Called the Sears service center (somewhere in Bombay) She informede me that she would have a service tech out in a week. Yeah the snow should be gone by then thanks for your help.
