I do not know where to begin on dealing with Aurora. If you want action go to Office of Thrift Supervision Consumer Response Unit, 1700 G Street, NW, Washington, DC 20552, they got hold of my letter that I had sent out to numerous people and it was forward to OTS. They gave me a case number and forward my letter to Aurora and OTS wants a responce from Aurora. Aurora sold our home right underneath when we were trying to modify our loan and we were on that forbearance program.
