This is company is a financial Parana!!! They have no grace period (our electronic) payment was 2 days late and because there were other late charges (three and you're out) that were easily explainable...for instance...a double payment (several hundred dollars) within the billing cycle (by a day or two) and thinking that we had made that payment for the next billing cycle...Anyway, 3 strikes and you get charged the FULL interest.
