Just an update for anyone interested who has filed a complaint with this company. I am filing Fraud charges with my bank. They advised me to return the CD with a return receipt request. Then the bank will take the Fraud charge information. The toll free phone number that is on their Web Site is in the Philipines. I have some names of people I've talked to there and they would not give me any information as to a possible business license #.
