I had a house full of windows installed in the spring of 2008. The first winter I had to put plastic on the windows, because they leaked so bad. Again this past winter I've had to do the same. I did call the company and they sent someone out to investigate. They said this was a normal occurence. Extremely dissatisfied with the windows and the customer service.
