I ordered a sleeper sofa online 2/2/10 with delivery 2/20/10. Delivery came and I asked about the sale going on with $100. off. They said to call the phone number on my original order. I did. The gentleman said "No you cannot receive the coupon sale because I ordered the sofa on the 2nd. The special was over 2/21/10 ...Delivery on the 20th. I have ordered from Rooms to Go for 15 years; never received a sale. The $100 should be Customer appreciation ??? read full review »
