Worst most fraudulent customer service experience ever. Purchased a pavillion dv6 notebook about a month ago for $806, two weeks after purchase I damaged its LCD screen in an acccident. Sadly I contacted HP first, my timing could have been better I accidently decided to call HPs India arm of customer service right at party time. A party that continued through my entire call, once I could not even hear the HP rep's lousy english over laughter.
