I also have suffered inflexible treatment from carecredit due to a supposedly error in logging on my bank account number for auto payment. No effort was made to appraise me of the situation until I found $80. worth of fees on my statement. This is blatant callousness, take advantage of your position type of attitude that you can expect from them. Customer service is in place as others have stated to just stonewall you and avoid being pinpointed in their practices and of real place of business.
