I recieved 2 charges from Tooth White Help on my checking account with no authorization from me. There has been several reports filed with this company concerning fraudulant activity. I have reported this to my banking institution and I have also filed a police report with the Tarrant County Sheriff's Department in Fort Wort, Texas.
