I asked 2 servers if I they could use the coupon I was showing them, neither of whom could speak enough English to understand the question. Then, I was called an a**hole by the one server who could because I was not placing my order fast enough, who then ignored me when I did place the order. It was kind of surreal. I wasn't taking it personally and I'm not one to make a scene so I just paid for my hot dogs and didn't say a word. Thought this might be a good place to post my experience. JCI is awful proud of their product, judging by the prices. I'm surprised they let their help get away with this kind of treatment. read full review »
