I purchased a the Platinum Powertrain policy with Tier One through United Star Auto Group on 12-19-2009. The policy began 30 days from purchase date and 1500 miles. On the 01-22-2010 through 01-26-2010 I took a roadtrip of about 1000 miles which clearly put me over the mileage needed to fully activate my policy. I took my car in to the repair shop on 01-27-2010 and the repair submitted a claim for the transmission, waterpump, and head gaskets.
