i want to echo what everyone else is saying----advertising said that no-slip base was included---only after i entered the no-escape-from ordering form (which does not show any subtotals while ordering so you don't know what's wrong until it's too late) that they said it was $10 extra for the base. other shady things as well--including i called the phone number listed as their contact, and it was an invalid number!-i opted to cancel my ATM/credit card in order to cancel the order----didn't want to take any chances with a truly shady operation!!! and it's TOO BAD because the product sounds GREAT!! read full review »
