Wells Fargo are a bunch of vultures. When someone is hitting tough times, they 'do all they can' to offer you what you need. I was in a tough situation, my engine had blown up after 60, 000 miles (Yes, it's a Kia) I needed to pay for the engine and labor and at that time, my only option was to refinance with them as no one else would help.
