The contractor Sebestyen & Williams, Inc. was hired by us to build our new home in 2004. The heating/cooling work was subcontracted to Sertech Heating & Cooling of Portland, In. They were hired by Bruce Sebestyen to install a Bryant geothermal HVAC open loop system to heat and cool our home with 2 units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs.
